1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
lk 444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. In cases where lk 444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, it may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation without prior notice to the player.
4.3 Currency & Exchange
lk 444 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT. lk 444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lk 444 accepts no responsibility.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects a game round or bet, lk 444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. lk 444 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a known or identifiable system error, regardless of the displayed outcome.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using lk 444, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the Platform, other users, or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited on lk 444:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
- Allowing any other person to access or use your account, including family members.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lk 444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
